[REDACTED] is a character with only one appearance. In the Divisions video, in the part where SAM's audio supposedly cut out, he filled in what SAM said. It was never intended to be an actual character.

The character seems to have more regular appearances in recent "Biking 10 Metres for Every View" videos on the colebohte YouTube Channel
